RETURN POLICY

Online purchases are eligible for exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items are only exchangeable or returnable if they are in new condition (not laundered or worn), undamaged and have tags still on. We will not accept any returned items that show evidence of wear, laundering or damage. If an item is ineligible for a return based on our standards above, we will send back the ineligible Item to you and you will not receive a refund. We do not refund shipping and handling fees or return fees.

 

LO.23 does not offer free return shipping. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer, unless an "easy return label" is requested. "Easy return labels"  cost $10 and are to be paid by the customer by invoice, or a deduction will be taken from your return refund. Once we receive your return item(s), the return refund will be processed immediately and will show up in your account within 3-5 days of LO.23 receiving your package. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. If your item is ineligible for return after we receive your package, and you paid for an "easy return label", the return label cost will NOT be refunded.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

LO.23 is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact the mail carrier that was used for the shipping of your package (USPS, FEDEX or UPS)
